Phebe Phillips has been creating exquisite soft toys and “couture” characters for over 25 years. This year she celebrates her 25th anniversary with the Neiman Marcus stores who have showcased her designs since 1984. Inspired by Bunny, a special stuffed rabbit she was given at age 4, Phebe turned her passion to bringing joy and whimsy to children and the young at heart all over the world through her one-of-a kind plush creations. Phebe designs her adorable rabbits, poodles and other characters to be more than just a toy, but to bring something special and unique to a person’s life.

Phebe has been writing for years and is looking forward to publishing the life stories of her enchanting characters. Says Phebe, “In a sense, each time a customer buys my product they invite me into their home to be a part of their family. Each time a child reads my stories or a parent reads one to them, I’m invited into their imagination…which becomes a footprint in the history of the person they will grow to be.”

She has also designed creative characters for FAO, Victoria’s Secret, Michael’s Stores and many others. In her illustrious career, Phebe has given away over $500,000.00 in plush toys to children in need and the organizations that serve them. Currently she is pursuing taking her most intriguing characters and writing them into story to be produced for children’s media.
