Collette’s Sparkling Cookie Tartlets
Yield: 24 tartlets
Crust
1 (15oz) package Pillsbury Refrigerated piecrusts
Filling
Raspberry, Cherry (or any other flavor) jams
Garnish
Almond slices or Fresh berries |

- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Cut both pie crusts using a two-inch scalloped cookie cutter. When finished, you should have 24 scalloped pieces.
- Take each scalloped piece of dough, and place in individual cups, in a muffin pan. Shape accordingly.
- Prick bottom and sides of each tartlet with a fork.
- Bake 9 – 11 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Cool completely then fill them with your favorite jam.
- Garnish filled tarts with almond slices or a fresh raspberry
